Example from a rogue

Although, well-known
They cannot hurt
Compared with stones and sticks
It's now the fashion to demean
Sans mercy; get your licks

With tongue-filled cheek
These verses go
Tho' based in facts so true
I don't propose our lying down
Transcend this trend in lieu
